Position Summary: MSI has is seeking two interns to help our busy Contracts department. This person should be available to work 40 hours a week and should be able to start a position as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
• Help the department alphabetize and collate files; filing, copying and scanning documents;
• Support the Contracts Department as needed.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Word required;
• Preference given to candidates with a BA ;
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Interest in the contracts management and/or international development field preferred.

This is a paid position. It will last until approximately December 2008 or ideally until Spring of 2009. There is a possibility for extension based on performance, how well the candidate works with the team, and the needs of the Contracts department.
